The Technical and Quality Audit is based on the quality management system requirements. We conduct a factory tour to obtain valuable information for you so as to determine whether your factory is appropriate and qualified. Audit details include supplier assessment system, quality management system documents, quality records, quality training documents, internal audit and management review, equipment calibration, equipment maintenance, third party test reports, sharp tools control, pest control, etc.

Quality Control

Fabric Inspection

Fabric inspection is an independent service. Normally this inspection is made when 100% of your fabric is packed. Through a fabric inspection, you can know the actual situation regarding the fabric sample, including color shade and color lots, fabric width, weight, fabric appearance, printing and embroidery, washing, packing, marking. Frequent fabric inspections are carried throughout the production process in the mill to ensure the quality and color are up to and beyond the customer standards. Fabric will be re-inspected once it reaches to the factory so the shades can be segregated before cutting begins.

In-line inspection

The In-line inspection is very important in quality control. Normally this inspection is made when 10% to 20% of production is complete. Through an in-line inspection, you can know the actual situation of the production, including sewing quality, color shade, fabric and accessories quality, workmanship and measurement. You will also know whether your order will be finished on time and to an acceptable quality. Inline inspection is done every day of the production process to make sure quality standards are up to par. ”B’Mart Fashion” quality controller will be at site inspecting the production process every day.

Final inspection

Final inspection is crucial for you to know whether your order has been successfully produced and is ready to be shipped out or not. Normally a final inspection is made when at least 80% of products are packed. Through a final inspection, you can know the actual situation of your order, including sewing quality, color shade and color lots, fabric and accessory quality, workmanship, measurement, color and size assortment, printing and embroidery, washing, metal detection, and packing details. Packing details include labels, hangtag, price tag, carton marking, hanger quality and packaging, barcode scanning, etc. You can then determine whether your order has been produced to your requirements and can be shipped out or not. Final inspection is done based on AQL standards by the ”B’Mart Fashion” quality control manager or by a nominated third party inspection if required by customer.

Container supervision

Through supervising containers you can know the actual situation when loading your goods into containers. We will report back to you regarding how many cartons have been loaded and in what condition. We will also provide feedback to you in regards to whether the correct products are being loaded or not. ”B’Mart Fashion” will take steps in order to make sure the container is in good condition to load the manufactured goods.
